I scored big time at the thrift store...2 lamps were $2.00 each(imagine them painted with an oil rubbed bronze paint) and the hen was $1.00. The tall cut glass vase was $20.00, and I'm not so sure it was a great bargain, but it's at least 12 or 13" tall and so beautiful and I'm happy it lives here with us. I am imagining it full of branches with dripping pearls and icicles during the holidays......mmmm...the holidays.................I love to dream about holiday decorating! Any of you thinking of it already?

First off, what amazing finds! Our thrift stores are never this cheap! Goodness, you scored! Also, how amazing that you could come home and create such a beautiful scene so easily!
